THE MAN OMELETTE

The MAN Omelette is a terrific high protein breakfast, lunch or dinner. Its quick and easy and tastes delicious!

METHOD 

(serves 2)

 

Grill 1 chicken breast (250g) in pan lightly spray with olive oil

Add 6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs

Add 1/2 red onion

1 Cup diced mushrooms

1 Cup diced capsicum

1 tablespoon light cottage cheese

1/2 diced tomato

1 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce

Mix until cooked

Add cooked diced chicken breast and mix

Add cracked pepper and serve

(Optional - eat with 1 slice wholemeal bread)
