SALMON + SALAD

Salmon + Salad is quick, healthy and a good source of Omega-3 and protein.
METHOD:
(Serves 2)
Cook 2 salmon pieces (150g each) on baking paper in the oven for 25 min on 180 degrees
Prepare salad:
1 handful of rocket
1 handful baby spinach
1 tomato (diced)
1/2 advocado (diced)
1/2 red onion
1/2 cucumber
1 tablesppon light balsamic vinegar
Mix salad
Add 1 Tablespoon grated parmesan cheese on top
Add lemon and pepper and serve
