Healthy Mexican Fajitas
So easy to make and tastes incredible!

Ingredients

  • Chicken tenderloins
  • Mexican taco seasoning (from supermarket)
  • Wholemeal fajita wraps
  • Avocado
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • Grated cheese

Method

  • Season the chicken tenderloins with the Mexican taco seasoning
  • Grill the chicken 
  • Grab wholemeal fajita wraps and add chopped advocado, tomato, lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese
  • Place grilled chicken tenderloins on top and done

High in protein and fibre, high in good fats, low in sugar and taste bloody great.
