TOP TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT ON A BUDGET
Date Posted:25 January 2016

We hear it all the time - it's too expensive to be healthy. Well that is simply B.S.
A can of tuna costs $1. A dozen eggs costs under $4. You can buy a pack of frozen vegetables for under $2 which contains six serves of vegetables. Neither of those foods take too long to prepare either.
Another big misconception is that you need to purchase a gym membership to start exercising, guess what, you don't. Push Ups, Squats, Star Jumps, Burpees may all be old school moves but they work, and are free.
In this week's edition of The Man Shake Video Blog, Adam gives you some great hacks to lose weight on a budget.
