Tips to tackle food temptation

When you are trying to lose weight temptation and cravings are often your biggest hurdle.
Here are Adam's tips on taming temptation -
- Don't skip meals, when you are hungry your body will source food high in sugar and high in fat
- Avoid "Detox" diets, just maintain a good diet that strengthens your body's natural filter system of your kidneys and liver
- Surround yourself with healthier options if you are an emotional eater
- Maintain muscle mass which helps maintain your metabolism
