Tips to tackle food temptation

When you are trying to lose weight temptation and cravings are often your biggest hurdle.

Here are Adam's tips on taming temptation - 

  1. Don't skip meals, when you are hungry your body will source food high in sugar and high in fat
  2. Avoid "Detox" diets, just maintain a good diet that strengthens your body's natural filter system of your kidneys and liver
  3. Surround yourself with healthier options if you are an emotional eater
  4. Maintain muscle mass which helps maintain your metabolism
